Great Halloween Read – Dripping Blood Cave and Other Ghostly Stories

Know a boy in the 8- to 12-year-old range who’s looking for something fun for Halloween? I suspect he’d  enjoy the humorous ghost books of Ray Bial.

Dripping Blood Cave & Other Ghostly Stories is the latest in his series about two young fellows, the stalwart Hank and his goofy, ‘fraidy-cat sidekick Clifford. The odd couple of buddies are accidental ghost detectives who seem to stumble upon ghosts at every turn, in and around the rural town of Myrtleville, somewhere in Indiana.

Bial’s stories are a nice, fun-to-read mix of local history, humor, mild spookiness (far more funny than scary), and good values (doing the right thing).

For those so inclined, the Dripping Blood Cave collection has just been released as an inexpensive eBook, priced at just $2.99.
