What I especially like about the book is this: it’s filled with so many different ideas and activities and exercises to get those creative juices flowing. It’s really a terrific resource that way, and as I read the book, I could easily imagine that my 9 or 10 year old self would have devoured this book.
The best part: Molly, the blog’s author, shared the book with her 9-year-old daughter, Elena, who also liked it, in particular the “Try This!” tips that appear throughout.
That’s what really counts!
This book is especially good for parents who want to encourage their kids to develop their writing skills. There are so many ideas, tips, exercises, and fun quotes in The I Love To Write Book that any young writer will find something to latch onto.
